Let's stay mentally strong

 You're your biggest companion & as well as competition too . You know what it's you who's solemnly responsible for wherever you're & whoever you're You have to learn resisting yourself at correct point of time. You need to know that you only can stop yourself or you only can ask yourself to take some imitative to begin.   There's a certain limit which we should maintain - that where to stop & when to stop.  Do's & Don't 's - That's life is not all about - Hard times, situations are going on let's just stay united some how - stay in touch. Amidst a covid-19 Pandemic – Mental Health Crisis epidemic is the next

  As per the recent studies, Mental Health crisis will be the next pandemic soon – Mental health problems caused globally by the covid-19 will be next pandemic. The  rapidly accelerating Covid-19 pandemic , a mental health crisis could be looming on the horizon. Frontline health care workers in emergency rooms and intensive care units around the country face multiple unprecedented challenges, including difficult decisions about the allocation of limited resources, long and physically demanding working hours, staff shortages due to fear and illness, and lack of adequate protection from the virus. The consequences of this on health care workers' short- and long-term mental health could be significant and could weaken the health care system's ability to resolve the current pandemic and survive over the long term. Mental Happiness

The title itself describing the fact, Priority- yes mental peace, mental happiness is our priority. That's just in word how human life neglects this necessary requirement of one's health & act like nothing has happened. You're causing yourself mental-stress no it's not funny. Half of the world is pretending to be happy just to ensure the happy social image. Do you really think - that the society will never accept you if you show that you're fucked up, depressed,& not okay. No it's really okay to speak up that you're not okay sometimes. Speak up - speak up about your issues, fears,dark secrets, dirty pasts. Fear of judging - Again trust game is the ultimate game boss. We all say we are here for you hardly we are able to mean that - choose your secret human wisely. But do speak up before it's too late. 

Blame-Game

Medications are going on- treatments are on too for some, Cure is highly necessary for attractive damages.    Fight for survival. Depression is in trend nowadays. But who you will put the blame on for your damages? Existence is at stake Nothing is permanent & temporary is in the flow. Go with the flow will ruin a bit. Can't be constructive enough but being destructive is a savage nowadays. But why you need to be a part of this blaming game? You're an emotional fool-that's your story. Everyone has a story to tell-but who cares? It's you for whom you're suffering - Blame yourself not others. It's you who is destroying yourself. Stop overthinking-Be constructive. Stop Blaming - Start realising!!!!!!!!
